VOICE DIRECTOR

An in-demand voice director with over 15 years of booth experience. I direct VO for video games, audiobooks, animation and commercials. Recent clients include Ubisoft, Massive Entertainment, BLEND Audio, RED Storm, ECW Press, Vapor Music, Craft, and Merchant.

Good voice direction is more than maintaining velocity and budget. Creating quality content takes collaboration, communication, and creativity (The Three Cs).  

Collaboration is key to a successful project. Whether it's a large dev team or a 1-on-1 with a client, we are a team. I give space for everyone to have a voice, to listen to ideas, to ask questions, and to make actionable decisions.

Effective communication is clear, concise and constructive. As the voice director, I'm the conduit between the performer and the client. Luckily, I speak both "actor" and "client" and I'm good on my feet, adjusting my direction to meet the needs of each performer. Directing is not a one-size-fits-all ocupation.

Creating is hard work. As a performer, english major, and a writer, I know how to bring an authentic voice to copy and breathe life into a fictional world. I accomplish this with a smile, with empathy and respect for everyone I work with. If you're not having fun, you're doing it wrong.
