As Senior Voice Designer at Massive Entertainment, I have had the good fortune and privilege to collaborate twice with Lindsey as Voice Director and Script Supervisor. She easily navigated the logistical challenges of large-scale AAA game development and built strong relationships with key stakeholders. She adapted well to the performance-capture stage, supervising dialogue on-set during complex shoots with tact and diplomacy, and built useful connections with our partners at Lightstorm Entertainment. Her professionalism and positivity is rivalled by none, and she demonstrates empathy and great skill in guiding a wide and diverse cast of actors through the most challenging of material.

It was great working with Lindsey on the VO for the Ubisoft video game 'Tom Clancy's The Division: Heartland. Lindsey was fantastic with the actors and really helped guide them to the performances that our game needed. Her ability to communicate feedback but still allow the actor to put their stamp on each take was wonderful. 10/10 would work with her again!

As narrative director, I've worked with Lindsey on a major video game project. I really think Lindsey is a great voice director. She creates a rapport with actors, makes them feel comfortable, and coaches them into delivering their best from an organic and creative place that allows actors to achieve quality performances, rather than directing them in how to speak. I've consistently been impressed with her organization, her ability to work with actors of varying skill levels, and her grasp of nuance in performance. Lindsey is also an excellent collaborator. She understands constraints of time and budget, and is willing to pivot when the project demands it. I loved that she was consistently passionate about the project and performances, calm and thorough under pressure, and steady and cheerful no matter what was happening. I'd be honored to work with her again, and think she'd be a huge asset to any project.

Lindsey is a brilliant voice coach and director. I have known her for a number of years, mostly doing auditions for her, where she both coached and directed and made every performance better. When I worked with Lindsey to record my book as an audiobook, Lindsey was instrumental in making the final version impeccable. She is inspired in her direction, has a keen ear for consistency, and is very detail-oriented. She knows how to talk to actors, is clear in her direction, and has a gentle way of making any performance better. I would want Lindsey in the recording room on every one of my books and I cannot wait to work with her again in the future.

Lindsey is an amazing guide in the world of VO and a talented voice director. She is so in tune with her projects, and her strong communication skills really help projects that feel so abstract become manageable. She thrives in creative work, and make the process enjoyable for the team. I've worked with her twice, on two narrative projects of vastly different scopes, and have been so impressed by her ability to consult, break down and structure the VO for our films. She is my go-to for female voice work, as well as my go-to for voiceover direction.
